Princeton Property Management has been in business for 26 years and has ten Property Managers with over 80 years experience between them. We provide a larger manager-to-project ratio than most professional property management firms. This allows your Property Manager to spend more "hands on" time on your property. Our portfolio consists of 8500 multi-family units and a small portfolio of commercial buildings.

Our accounting staff has an excellent reputation for timely and accurate reporting.

Princeton Property Management's only profit center is management. We do not broker property nor do we employ our own landscaping or maintenance staff. We bid all jobs or purchases over $125. As a result, our owners find that their operating costs are significantly more controlled than with other firms.
