Our Team

Our goal as a team is to service our clients and provide our residents a Great Place to Live!  We have been in business since 1984 and we are among the largest providers of apartment management in Oregon and SW Washington.  This could only be possible by having great associates who care and have ownership in the company. We provide a larger manager-to-property ratio than most professional property management firms. This allows our Portfolio Managers to spend more "hands on" time on each property.  Our accounting staff has an excellent reputation for timely and accurate reporting.

Freddy Lunt
CEO

Freddy Lunt is the founder and President of Princeton Property Management.  She has been in the  profession since her arrival in Portland in 1976. Freddy has served as President of the Multifamily Housing Council and the Metro Multifamily Housing Association, and has served on the board of the Housing Development Center.  Freddy is a graduate of New York University. Freddy was the 2009 recipient of the Ross Dey Award.

Allison Brown
Sr. Portfolio Manager

Allison Brown has been with Princeton Property Management since 1987. She is an expert in conventional, as well as federally subsidized properties. In 2008, Allison received the Property Manager of the Year award from Oregon Housing and Community Development for her improvements to tax credit communities. Allison is a graduate of California State University at Los Angeles.

 
Greg Knakal
Portfolio Manager

Greg Knakal has been in the property management field since 1994, and with Princeton Property Management since 2002. Greg has been an instructor for the National Apartment Association and is past President of Metro Multifamily Housing Association.  Greg is a graduate of Lewis and Clark College.

Jennifer Johnson
Portfolio Manager

Jennifer Johnson started her property management career in 1989, and joined our staff in 2007. She has managed and sold both residential and commercial real estate.  She holds an Advanced Degree from George Fox University.



 
Joletta Lorio
Portfolio Manager

Joletta Lorio began her property management career in 2003 when she moved to Portland.  She joined Princeton Property Management in 2008.  Joletta has real estate sales and teaching experience, and is a graduate of the University of North Carolina.

Laura Flores
Portfolio Manager

Laura Flores joined our firm in 2007.  Laura has ten years experience in property and asset management and is a Certified Credit Compliance Professional.  Laura has expertise in conventionally financed properties as well as LIHTC and RD properties.  Laura attended the University of Washington with a concentration in Spanish and Communications, and has a degree in the Administration of Business Marketing.

 
Laura Lunsford
Portfolio Manager

Laura Lunsford has been in the property management industry for 23 years, and with Princeton Property Management since 2000. Her interest in marketing has proven an asset in our training classes. Laura has served on several Metro Multifamily Housing Association committees.

Leslie Johnstone
Portfolio Manager

Leslie Johnstone joined our staff in 2005.  She has more than 17 years both managing and training.  In addition to conventionally financed properties, she is well versed in LIHTC, HOME, HUD, RD, and bond programs.  She is a graduate of the University of Portland.

 
Michele Lovin
Portfolio Manager

Michele Lovin joined our team with 19 years of management experience.  She has managed all types of residential properties, as well as commercial real estate. 

Colleen Argentine
Personnel Administrator

Colleen Argentine has managed our Human Resources Department for over 20 years.  Before moving to Oregon, she did similar work in California.  Colleen is a graduate of San Diego State University.

 
Nicole Guinn
Human Resources Specialist

Nicole Guinn has been on our staff since 2004.  She excelled as an Accounts Receivable Specialist, Yardi Expert, Accounting Assistant, and was recently promoted to Human Resources/Payroll Specialist.

Kara Petersen
Recruiter

Kara Peterson joined the company as a Recruiter in 2008.  Prior to moving to Portland, Kara worked as an Accounting and Administrative Recruiter for 10 years in the Silicon Valley.

 
Dana Friend
Trainer

Dana Friend came to Princeton Property Management in 2006 with experience in both apartment and retail management.  Her first responsibilities were both on-site and as a Transition Specialist.  She is presently the Corporate Trainer. 

Shelly Stephens
Receptionist

Shelly is a new team member, having joined our staff in 2010 as the Office Assistant and then being promoted to Receptionist.  Shelly’s work experience includes over 15 years working in a corporate office environment.

 
Tiffany Reynolds
Accounting Manager

Tiffany Reynolds is the Accounting Manager, and has been with Princeton Property Management since 1999. She is responsible for managing the operations of the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable departments.

Sarah Craven
Accounts Payable Specialist

Sarah joined our Accounting Department in 2011.  Before coming to Princeton Property Management, she was a portfolio accountant for multifamily housing, commercial and HOA properties in Portland.  Sarah has worked with tax credits, compliance and mortgage loans under various capacities and has experience in banking, accounts receivable and accounts payable.  Sarah is a graduate of Western Washington University.

 
Kellie Flannigan
Accounts Payable Specialist

Kellie has worked in the Princeton Property Management Accounts Payable department since joining us in 2008. Before joining Princeton Property Management Kellie worked as an Administrative Assistant for a real estate company.

Laura Hall
Accounts Receivable Specialist

Laura has been in the property management field since 1996.  She joined our Accounting Department in 2004, and is currently working as an Accounts Receivable Specialist. 

 
Laurie Gray
Accounts Receivable Specialist

Laurie has worked in our Accounts Receivable Department since 2005. Before joining Princeton Property Management, Laurie worked as an Administrative Assistant and Accounting Specialist for a national utility location company.

Sarah Sloan
Compliance Manager

Sarah Sloan joined our staff in 2009 as Compliance Manager.  She came to our organization with seven years experience in the Section 42/LIHTC field.  She holds an associate’s degree from Blue Mountain Community College.

 
Venis Fielder
Office Assistant

Venis is the newest member to the Princeton Team. She has previous experience in caregiving and has run her own babysitting business for the past several years.
