At Princeton Property Management, we believe our work extends far beyond property lines. It’s about people, the residents who call our communities home and the neighbors whose lives we can impact through service and support. Each year, our team joins forces with local nonprofits that share our mission to strengthen, uplift, and empower those around us.
Partnering with Rebuilding Together Portland
One of our proudest partnerships is with Rebuilding Together Portland, a nonprofit dedicated to providing critical home repairs for low-income homeowners, ensuring every family has a safe and healthy place to live.
From refurbishing porch coverings and renovating kitchen floors to installing mobility-friendly showers and clearing overgrown yards, our Princeton team has rolled up our sleeves to make a difference in our community. These projects remind us that community is built through compassion and action.
Our volunteers bring more than tools; they bring heart. As one of our team members, Josh DeMaris, shared:
“I no longer feel apart from, but rather a part of, a beautiful and loving family that we proudly call Princeton Property Management.”
Events like the Hammer & Hope fundraiser, which raised $16,000 for Rebuilding Together Portland, enable us to celebrate the spirit of giving while helping the organization expand its reach. From costume contests to community cleanups, every effort reflects our core value of service through unity, which we call One Princeton.
Supporting Local Nonprofits Year-Round
Our commitment to community impact extends far beyond a single event. Throughout the year, PPM proudly supports and partners with organizations making a difference across Oregon and Washington, including:
- Every Child Oregon: connecting caring adults to the needs of children in foster care.
- Boys & Girls Clubs: creating safe spaces for young people to learn, grow, and thrive.
- Love One: providing essential hygiene supplies and support to individuals facing homelessness.
- Multifamily NW: charitable initiatives strengthen our industry and advocate for our residents.
- New Narrative: supporting mental health recovery through housing and compassionate care.
- Northwest Housing Alternatives: building affordable housing and preventing homelessness.
- Oregon Public Broadcasting (OPB): fosters connections and storytelling that strengthen our local communities.
Each partnership reflects our shared belief that stable housing, opportunity, and kindness are the foundation of thriving neighborhoods.
Looking Ahead
As we look to the year ahead, Princeton remains committed to giving back through volunteering, fundraising, and ongoing community partnerships. Together, we’ll continue building stronger foundations not only for our residents, but for everyone who calls the Pacific Northwest home.
