Building a Life and a Career at Princeton Property Management
Amy Gross began her journey with Princeton Property Management in 1997 as an Administrative Assistant and quickly became an Office Manager, where her dedication and reliability made a significant impact.
In 2007, she joined Nike as a Project Coordinator for Global Sales, gaining valuable international experience.
Amy returned to Princeton in 2011 as Director of Operations, where she refined processes, enhanced property maintenance, and improved service quality.
Promoted to Vice President in 2019, Amy drove company expansion and implemented strategic initiatives that positioned Princeton for success.
In September 2022, she became President and CEO, leading Princeton Property Management with a commitment to transparency and integrity.
Amy’s visionary leadership and innovative strategies drive client satisfaction and company growth. With over 25 years at Princeton, Amy Gross embodies the company’s dedication to excellence and lasting partnerships.
