Sylvia Walker is a Portfolio Manager at Princeton Property Management with 25 years of experience. Sylvia supervises staff, handles client relations, oversees capital improvements, and manages financial reporting and marketing. Known for her management skills and direct communication, she managed a $1.5M rehab project and was nominated for Portfolio Manager of the Year in 2021. Outside work, she enjoys spending time with her kids, watching them play their favorite sports, traveling, and volunteering with Multifamily NW. Sylvia values the supportive work environment at Princeton and aims to be the best in the industry by fostering strong relationships.
